Shipping policy

Processing & delivery
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States takes 5–11 business days after processing, and every order includes tracking — we email your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, anywhere in the United States.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary with carrier volume. If your order has not arrived 14 business days after it shipped, contact us and we will make it right.

Refund policy

30-day easy returns
Changed your mind? You can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return
Reply to your order confirmation email or contact our support team and we will send you the return instructions for your order. Once the item is on its way back, we process the refund to your original payment method as soon as it arrives.

Damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you — your choice.
